Simon Goh, the Head of the firm's Insurance & Reinsurance Practice, and Soh Lip San from the Construction & Projects Practice have been recognised in The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2013 and The International Who's Who of Construction Lawyers 2013, respectively.
The Who's Who Legal Series identifies the foremost practitioners in various areas of law across numerous countries. Candidates were identified by research, interviews and nominations from leading lawyers and clients.

Chong Yee Leong and Francis Xavier SC, who head the firm's International Arbitration Practice and Disputes Practices, respectively, have been nominated to appear in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Commercial Arbitration Lawyers 2013 as pre-eminent practitioners in this area of specialisation. Simon Goh, the Head of the firm's Insurance & Reinsurance Practice, will also appear in the publication's Guide to the World’s Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers 2013 as one of the outstanding practitioners in this field, one of only six selected in Singapore.

Chia Kim Huat, the Head of the firm's Corporate and Transactional Practice, was elected into the 57th Council of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry ("SCCI"). The SCCI is an internationally-renown business organisation and the apex body of the Chinese business community in Singapore. It represents more than 140 trade associations and 4,000 corporate entities, including large financial and business organisations, multinational corporations, government-linked companies, and small and medium enterprises from a wide spectrum of trades and industries.
Kim Huat and the other new office-bearers of the Council will be sworn in on March 15 2013 for a two-year term.
