warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm does

associated with eOASIS will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects
will be corrected or that eOASIS and the server is and will be free of all

kind, howsoever caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of eOASIS,
including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of

Certain parts of eOASIS are accessible only to subscribers of
eOASIS. Subscribers shall ensure that they keep their passwords confidential

The Firm reserves the right at any time to require subscribers
to pay a fee for continued access to eOASIS or require subscribers to pay such
other fees, charges, or disbursements as it may require in connection with
eOASIS from time to time upon one (1) month�s notice of the commencement of the
charging of such fees, charges or disbursements.
The Firm reserves the right to update or modify eOASIS from
time to time. The Firm further reserves all rights to deny or restrict access
to eOASIS or any part(s) thereof to any particular person (whether such person
is a subscriber or otherwise), or to block access from a particular Internet
address to eOASIS, at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without ascribing
any reasons whatsoever.
eOASIS contains hyper-links to web sites which are not
maintained by the Firm. The Firm is not responsible for the contents of those
web sites and shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from access
to those web sites. Use of the hyper-links and access to such linked web sites
are entirely at your own risk.
All hyper-links to other web sites are provided as a
convenience to you as a user of eOASIS. In no circumstances shall the Firm be
considered to be associated or affiliated in whatever manner with any trade or
service marks, logos, insignia or other devices used or appearing on web sites
to which eOASIS is linked.
Caching and links to, and the framing of eOASIS or any part(s)
thereof or any of the Contents are prohibited.
In no circumstances shall the Firm be considered to be

The Firm reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links
or frames and disclaims any responsibility for the content available on any

in accordance with laws of Singapore.
