One of the Largest S-Chip IPOs Since 2008 Sub-prime Crisis
Chia Kim Huat, Howard Cheam, Chen Xi and Benjamin Beh from the Corporate & Capital Markets Practice of Rajah & Tann LLP acted for China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited in one of the largest S-Chip initial public offerings ("IPOs") on the Main Board of the SGX-ST since the sub-prime crisis in 2008 with an IPO market capitalisation of approximately S$644 million.
